Clint and his team restored our kitchen & laundry floorboards from old 60s tiles (removing glue etc), tackling a job several other companies I contacted wouldn’t. The results are amazing! We are thrilled. I can’t recommend Clint highly enough. Efficient, knowledgeable and willing to do that bit extra. Our house was also left spotless. Excellent service.

I recently had my 6x4m merbau deck sanded back by Clinton Tracy and his assistant Damien. the owner, Clinton was wonderful to deal with. I had many questions about the desired sanding finish and the different options in the marketplace for oils coatings. He had excellent communication and suggestions and I would highly recommend Quicksand for any floor sanding needs. It’s high quality service at a fair price. A wonderful job. Clint did an amazing job of repairing my floorboards and then sanding & repolishing the floors in the full apartment. The floors have never looked better! Great communication, competitive pricing and very punctual! Would highly recommend for any flooring jobs.

I told him exactly what I needed (sanding of a very scratched up floor in a 2 bed flat) and he gave me a very detailed run down as to what was involved and the cost. He made me feel comfortable, so I booked him. His staff turned up on the day and finished on time. The floor looks amazing, honestly I didn’t think some of the scratches would come out, but it looks brand new! I left the keys for the team to access, so I never even met Clint or the team. I booked on the phone and it was all very very easy. I’d definitely use them again and would gladly recommend them. Great work!
